What materials are included in your estimate?

Your estimate includes the major materials needed for the job. Finish-out items like plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, mirrors, and bathroom hardware are not included, but we do install them.

How quickly can you provide a project estimate?

You can send photos, a few details, and your project goals. From there, we use a streamlined estimating process to give you a clear, accurate estimate as quickly as possible.

What does your payment schedule look like?

You’ll start with a 5% deposit to begin design and planning. After that, the remaining balance is divided into 5 equal draw payments throughout the project.

Do you take credit card payments?

Yes, we can take credit card payments for a fee.

Can you help with financing?

Yes, financing is available. If you want payment options for your remodel, ask during your consultation and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

What is the process to pick out materials?

We will come to your home with samples to help assemble the color scheme for your new space. We will then create a selection sheet and mood-board that is customized to you. Ultimately, it is up to you to make the final decisions, we are here to guide you!

How long does it take to complete a project?

It usually takes 3-4 weeks for the design phase, and 8-12 weeks for construction.

We utilize trusted subcontractors that we have developed relationships with over years and years of working together. They know us and our process and we get the best results from them.

Can we still live in our home while work is being done?

Absolutely. A majority of our clients stay in their home during construction.

What can make projects go longer?

In general, changes make projects go longer. While we promise to do our best to accommodate the changes that sometimes occur on projects, it can be time consuming and costly to make major changes to a project after construction has started.

Absolutely. We carry general liability insurance up to $2,000,000 coverage.

Do you have a license?

Believe it or not, the state of Texas does not have a licensing process for general contractors. However, we do require our subcontractors to carry up to date licenses for their specific profession.

Do you serve homeowners in North Dallas?

Yes. We are a local, family-owned remodeler serving Frisco, Plano, Prosper and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. We stay close, communicate clearly, and take full ownership of your project from start to finish.

We do. We will stand behind any and all of our work. Functional items will be covered under a 1 year warranty.

Do I need to have plans?

Most likely not. With the combination of the design meeting, cabinet meeting, and our in house experience, we can come up with a scope of work that makes sense to all parties. We can also utilize our construction software to produce an overhead floorplan as well as 3D renderings.

What happens if you find an issue behind the walls?

If we uncover an unexpected issue, we stop and communicate with you right away. We explain the problem, talk through the options, and get your approval before moving forward.
