Yes we do include all of the major materials needed for your project. We do not include finish out items such as: plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, mirrors, and bathroom hardware. We do install these, however.
We have developed an estimating process that allows us to be very accurate based on pictures and descriptions alone. Send us your information and let us get you pricing.
All we ask for is a 5% deposit to get the design and planning process started. The remaining amount will be divided into 5 equal draw payments spread out throughout the project.
Yes, we can take credit card payments for a fee.
Yes we do offer financing options.
We will come to your home with samples to help assemble the color scheme for your new space. We will then create a selection sheet and mood-board that is customized to you. Ultimately, it is up to you to make the final decisions, we are here to guide you!
It usually takes 3-4 weeks for the design phase, and 8-12 weeks for construction.
We utilize trusted subcontractors that we have developed relationships with over years and years of working together. They know us and our process and we get the best results from them.
Absolutely. A majority of our clients stay in their home during construction.
In general, changes make projects go longer. While we promise to do our best to accommodate the changes that sometimes occur on projects, it can be time consuming and costly to make major changes to a project after construction has started.

Absolutely. We carry general liability insurance up to $2,000,000 coverage.
Believe it or not, the state of Texas does not have a licensing process for general contractors. However, we do require our subcontractors to carry up to date licenses for their specific profession.
We are a local, family-owned small business in the Frisco TX area.
We do. We will stand behind any and all of our work. Functional items will be covered under a 1 year warranty.
Yes. Our designer will guide you through each and every decision that you need to make for your specific project.
Design is included in all of our pricing.
Most likely not. With the combination of the design meeting, cabinet meeting, and our in house experience, we can come up with a scope of work that makes sense to all parties. We can also utilize our construction software to produce an overhead floorplan as well as 3D renderings.
