Yes we do include all of the major materials needed for your project. We do not include finish out items such as: plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, mirrors, and bathroom hardware. We do install these, however.

In general, changes make projects go longer. While we promise to do our best to accommodate the changes that sometimes occur on projects, it can be time consuming and costly to make major changes to a project after construction has started.

Believe it or not, the state of Texas does not have a licensing process for general contractors. However, Wwe do require our subcontractors to carry up to date licenses for their specific profession.
